Grazia Salierno is a figurative artist from Adelfia (BA)

After obtaining her diploma from the artistic high school of Bari and graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari with highest honors (110/110 with distinction), she works in the field of art with her own production and collaborations with artistic-cultural associations.

Her artistic expression grows with years and experiences: numerous participations in collective exhibitions, duo shows, solo exhibitions, competitions, projects, recognitions, and awards.

Artistic poetics: explores and narrates bodies moving in undefined spaces, disintegrating bodies that lose consistency, lost in the previous moment, to imagine them in the moment that will follow.

They are light, concentrated in few energetic strokes, approximated by subtle colors, consumed by the light of a non-place. Lost souls, colored shadows, that fall, jump, twist in action. Or live in symbiosis with elements of nature, in unions, grafts to express the relationship one must feel for the earth and the creatures that are part of it.
