Biography
Cui ZHENG ZHI was born in 1950 in South Korea, he becomes in 1987 Director of the China Forestry Artists Association, in 1992 President Artists Association Yichun City Heilongjiang Province, in 1994 he is transferred to the Artistic College of Sanhe City Hebei Province and to the Culture and Sports Bureau in 2002. In 2006 he is part of the selection of the South Korean artists by the 7th Chamalières Print Symposium with his blockprint "Clair de Lune" "Moonlight".
