Sarah Jane Brown

Sarah Jane Brown is a UK artist. Her expressive paintings are an outpouring of personal feeling, using the landscape metaphorically to describe thoughts and emotions, whilst also echoing a strong sense of place. She combines traditional and contemporary practice, using a wide range of oil painting techniques.

She studied Fine Art (Painting) at the West Wales School of the Arts, graduating with a first class honours degree. Brown’s artistic career has steadily gained momentum and recognition and her work now attracts international collectors. 

She has exhibited extensively in the UK and has had many successful solo shows. She has also been selected to exhibit with the  Royal Society of Marine Artists at the Mall Galleries in London and The Royal Cambrian Academy in North Wales.

Recently she has been featured in articles for various Magazines, appeared on television twice, and been interviewed several times on BBC Radio about her work. She is a qualified Associate Member of the Guild Society of Artists.
