Presentation

Valentin Betting is a young artist living in Paris. He holds a master's degree in space law and was trained in the live model workshops at the Beaux Arts de Paris.

He draws his inspiration from the personality of the humans he represents using ink and digital painting techniques. His dark and tumultuous style clashes with the contrast of the softness of the chosen models. Through a rough and chaotic line, Valentin trains his artistic touch every day through classical mediums on sketchbooks in order to express the fruit of his work on digital canvases.

His favourite artists are Pieter Bruegel, Bernard Buffet, Eugène Delacroix, Shane Wolf, David Rappeneau and Adam Riches.
