Presentation

I live in Lyon and have been passionate about painting for several years. After experimenting with several subjects, I now focus on portraits.

My artistic approach aims to pay tribute to the courage and struggle of those who fought for equal civil rights.

I wish to honor these icons, these committed personalities have left an indelible mark thanks to their historic speeches and their actions.

I want to express my admiration and my deep respect to all those who have had an impact not only on their country but on the world because they had the courage of their convictions.

I want to help understand the history of these Black people, going beyond stories of racism and slavery to highlight their achievements.

I also want to highlight those who had to emigrate, those who were born in a country that is not that of their ancestors. Those who must evolve against all the prejudices imposed on them.

A good knowledge of history is vital because it helps us to reposition the present in its context.

"The time is always right to do what is right."

—Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
