Mlle Terite

France

Presentation

After studying product design at ESAAB in Nevers then graphic design at the École des Beaux-arts in Saint-Etienne, Mlle Terite became a visual artist. She lives in the Pilat massif, a real source of inspiration. Miss Terite has been developing for several years a polymorphous artistic practice combining drawing, painting, wall sculpture and installation. The forest, wild and mysterious, is his favorite place; both a refuge in the face of this sinking world and a starting point for his reflections on the place and respect that humans have in relation to nature. Through her work, she then plunges us into a dark and poetic universe where the vegetation is dense, even invasive, as if to give back all its place to nature and let it regain its rights. Since 2017, she has also officially worked with the artist Monsta within the duo “Enfants Sauvages".
