Biography
Matteo Bultrini is an Italian painter born in Rome in 1979. A self-taught painter, he currently lives and works in Pratola Peligna, in the area of Abruzzo.
His work is part of the abstract universe. His research on color is omnipresent, prolonging the numerous experiments carried out before him in the twentieth Century. Thus an aesthetic continuation of the work of artists such as Serge Poliakoff and Victor Pasmore, Matteo Bultrini's work is like a poem, that tells us an alphabet of colors.
The artist's work has been the subject of several solo exhibition in Italy and Spain, as well as of a dozen group exhibitions.
