Bernat Garcia Chamorro is a Spanish artist born in 1990. He studied at the Pompeu Fabra University and enrolled in the Erasmus program to go to Norway and finally studied photography at the Institut d'Estudis Fotogràfics (Institute of Photographic Studies) in Catalonia.
Since an early age, he traveled a lot, at first with his parents and then by himself. It was this way that he developed his pronounced taste for travel photography. It was during the time he was in Norway that he got inspired by the light of Nordic landscapes and decided to study photography autodidactically.
He studied the classical techniques of photography and specialized in black and white, treating and developing his pictures directly in his own laboratory.
His work was exhibited at the Olot Photography Bienniale in 2016 in Catalonia.
