Presentation

Charles is best known for his intricately cut paper butterflies, suspended like museum specimens on individual entomology pins and clustered together to form icons, logos, and symbols against the backdrop of pristine canvases. Living in a world between the paper and digital age, these works create a feeling of nostalgia for the tactility of paper, created from vintage comic books, children's books, currency, maps, and other obsolete ephemera. Many elite collectors have shown great interest in the work of Charles Patrick and his works are in more than 200 private collections. He is showcased in several prestigious galleries and his works are exhibited all over the globe. Some of the Art fairs that Charles have participated in are Art Basel and Scope, Miami.
