Jelle Verlinden

Born in Belgium in 1981, he grew up in a small village: Boechout. 

As a young man, he was already experimenting a lot...

First as an electrician, then as a volunteer at summer festivals, he was asked to create and install artistic structures, such as a bicycle in a cloud of bubbles and a large wind turbine, which were admired by 30,000 visitors.

After renovating an old theatre and attracted by the atmosphere of the show, Jelle became a lighting and projection technician. He creates image and video montages for cultural events (dance shows, opera, theatres, festivals...) under the name "Vizualjunky projecter".

In 2013, he moved to Vallespir to create a company.

In 2018, he stopped his activity to devote himself to drawing and exhibited a unique work "Keep your head above the water", a blue line, which started as a painting and ended up surrounding the walls of the room.

In 2021, invited by Jules Feta, he exhibited his sculptures.

A new page of the artist, inspired by nature and the look of his child, opens to the public. With his eyes wide open, his imagination has no limits:

 "I am free as a bird, ready to discover the whole world!"
