Presentation

Daniel was exposed to art at a young age, when both his parents created and were artists. He always had canvases, and creative materials at home as art was always part of his family. During his studies as an art major in high school, his family decided to move to Brooklyn and that's where Monkey RMG was first exposed to street art at its peak, "I walked around the streets with a camera and I was excited about the works of leading artists from all over the world and I really enjoyed the thought that I could reach such levels with a spray can. In New York for the first time I felt the passion to create in the street."

After a year in New York his parents divorced and Daniel returned to live with his mother in Ramat Gan. "When we returned to Israel, I immediately bought spray cans and started practicing on walls in abandoned houses in Ramat Gan and Bnei Brak. - In the beginning, I experimented with "Rating" and together with my friends, we went around the city looking for places to practice and create.

After a few years of odd jobs I started creating again, but this time instead of on walls, I started creating on canvases. Creating at home I began to formulate my artistic language and drew psychedelic figures of alien women in a spiritual atmosphere. I created 40 canvases and stored them in a warehouse with lots of other craft supplies, sketchbooks and graffiti and art books.

Over the years I met more street artists and getting to know them strengthened me and allowed me to move from abandoned buildings to the main graffiti and street art complexes."
