Alex Meli (1984).
Artist with a growing reputation, has already participated in several solo and group exhibitions in Milan. He is currently exhibiting in Milan, Florence, Mantua, Cremona, Venice, Turin and in Germany (where he is attracting great interest). In October he was at ArteParma in London and in December at Arte Pavia.
The style of his works is simple and perfect at the same time. The order he creates in space expresses the concept of control and power as a deus ex machina of elements.
His works are truly innovative. The buds coming out of the canvas construction seem to represent the essence coming from within and out, breaking the two-dimensionality that we are all used to.
During his artistic production, Alex Meli has dedicated himself to art through his countless forms created with an innovative method, which places him as one of the most original artists, where he mostly uses rivets and subsequently other objects, e.g. LED light that seems to give life to his works.
Through a plane, lines, geometric or twisted shapes, it creates a small world where everything becomes real, where complexity is transformed into art.
