Biography
Philippe Baudelocque was born in 1974 in Yerres (France), where he lives and works.
He graduated from the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris in 2002.
In parallel to his studio work, he multiplies interventions in the public space from Paris to Hong Kong, through Japan, Azerbaijan or Kenya. His work has been exhibited at the Palais de Tokyo, at the Drawing Now contemporary drawing fair, at the Museum of Modern Art MACRO (Rome) or in the Taizo in temple in Kyoto. He has been included in the collections of the Orleans Museum of Natural History and the Centre Pompidou. He has also collaborated with institutions such as the Centre des Monuments Nationaux and companies such as Diptyque, Agnès b., Hermès and Pierre Hermé.
