"Take a moment" focus much more on the attitude to appreciate the existence of Life. the ability to be in good health, the breath of life, and strong energy and strength.
Life can be pacy and existence becomes meaningless if one is trapped in the hustle and bustle around. Excessive pleasure becomes an escape plan. The individual is overwhelmed, it affects the world within and chaos is internalized. Peace then becomes a longing desire and an unattainable luxury.
What to do? Take a deep breath. Pause. Relax. Think. love and live. Behold the magic around you. Explore the world within. Take a moment. A moment of stillness… of tranquility …of rest. Take a moment as often as you can until you find yourself again.
