Presentation

Séverine Bugna is a painter from Franche-Comté, she is self-taught and her career began with figurative subjects, knowing that the key word of her works would become creation. She has exhibited in France in various salons where she has been awarded and also at the Salon des Artistes Français at the Grand Palais in November 2010. She has also exhibited abroad as in Germany, in Switzerland in designer salons. Galleries have opened their doors to her, such as in Mulhouse, Lyon and Montbéliard at the Galerie d'Art Montagnon - suburb of Besançon where she exhibits permanently. Her work was rewarded with a quotation at Drouot in January 2012. Color is the starting point of her work; it deals with perception and emotion and not with the reality that it flees. She erases the subject to try to touch everyone's sensitivity. Séverine does not stop at a frame and canvas support she likes challenges she created the sets for a Franco-Swiss play. In the fall of 2013 she artistically rehabilitated an organ at St Paul's Church in Nice. His creative media are puzzle pieces ... furniture such as chairs and other resin objects. Art is infinite, she emphasizes. Séverine is an artist at heart who does not hesitate to join causes that touch her such as Tous Ensemble, the Telethon ... Since 2015 her works are also visible at the DREY Art Gallery in Colmar. Have a good trip and enjoy exploring his work. And if your heart tells you, she opens the doors of her studio to give courses in acrylic and mixed media every week.
