Rocio Ahnert

Born in Burgos of German descent, she has resided in Barcelona since 1974. She obtained a degree in Fine Arts in 1983 from the Sant Jordi Faculty of Fine Arts in Barcelona. She has had more than 50 exhibitions in the Spanish territory and in international Art Fairs (Ghent, New York, London, etc.). She taught drawing and painting classes until 2008. Her work is spread throughout the country, as well as in Germany, the USA, and Holland. Her name appears in various publications (Ráfols Dictionary, Dictionary of Painters and Sculptors of the 20th Century, art magazines such as Gal Art, La Vanguardia Magazine, Época Magazine, Hogares Magazine, etc.). She participates in art round tables as well as interviews on Cadena Cope, RNE, TVE, and TV Gerona.
