Summary of the exhibition:
La Porte Maubec – La Rochelle
Built in 1610 under the orders of Henry IV, attacked by the army of Louis XIII led by Richelieu, during the Great Siege in 1628, La Rochelle then lost 75% of its inhabitants. Spared by wars but worn by time, a team of passionate citizens restored it while respecting its original identity. Since 2013, La Porte Maubec has been an exceptional site dedicated to art and charity events.
DF ART PROJECT is an international artistic collective that defends Figurative Destructuralism. It brings together living visual artists, witnesses of our time, who share a common vision of their art. It consists of a fragmentation of the figure, its perspective and its dynamic transformation. It is a conceptualization of already existing artistic practices in painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, collage, digital art, performance and installation.
DF ART PROJECT offers a collective exhibition representative of its artistic line around the destructuring of the figure. All modes of expression, all technique, all media can be selected for the exhibition at Porte Maubec.
