Woizo

France

Woizo blends these elements with exceptional mastery, creating works that are a celebration of vitality, transformation and evolution.

Biography

Woizo is an artist who lives and works in Toulouse.

Alongside his studies in graphic design and illustration, he has flourished through graffiti, a free and spontaneous expression that opened up a new field of creation for him. This practice became a pivotal aspect of his journey and continues to fuel his artistic process.

Gradually, and following numerous trips abroad, his world and influences have profoundly evolved. His extended stay in Africa was a particularly impactful experience, significantly influencing his imagination and his use of colors, which draw directly from this source.

Other major influences, such as the works of Paul Klee, the Symbolist movement, and Brauner's compositions, also enrich his artistic work.

From this blending of cultures and styles, a very personal mythology emerges.

What particularly defines Woizo’s art is his unique ability to handle shapes and colors. His color palette, too, reflects the synthesis of his diverse inspirations. Colors play a crucial role in his creations and serve as a medium for emotions. They imbue his works with a powerful aura and inject an introspective atmosphere.
