Biography
Maurice Chot-Plassot (Neuilly-sur-Seine, 1929 - ?). He studied at the ateliers of Bersier, Cami, Galanis ed Goerg. He obtained, in 1956, the Second Prix of Rome for the engraving. He participated to different group expositions, at the Salon d'Automne and at the Salon des Peintres Graveurs Français and became a member from 1964. He was best known for etchings and xylographs. The light effects, in his work, are realized with a very high contrast between black and white.
