Art that gives a person the opportunity to breathe deeply - this is how one can describe the artworks of Igor Nekraha, whose paintings are filled with clean air and meditative calmness.

The endless sky, transparent waters and majestic mountains - all this is combined on the canvas into one compositional narrative, the peculiarity of which lies in the artist's personal attitude to what he sees and how he broadcasts the world to those around him.

Since Igor Nekraha in his painting practice tends to laconic forms, harmony of color and tone, everything that we see in his paintings is the quintessence of emotions and the splendor of nature untouched by man.

For the artist, the landscape genre is a field for creativity and experimentation. Since 2013, Igor Nekraha began his exhibition activities and regularly took a part in all-Ukrainian and international plein airs, which gave him an opportunity to fulfill the main task for himself using his recognizable "handwriting" and the advantage of the fresh air in the forest, steppe of Ukraine and a lot more - to find the coloristic and tonal harmony of the environment.

Igor Nekraha began his studies in the art world at the Kharkov Art School, specialty - an artist-teacher (2013-2017). After that, in 2017, he entered the Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts at the Faculty of Design, specializing in Industrial Design. At the moment, the artist's works are kept in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, USA, Canada, England, Greece, Italy and France.
