Georges Corominas is the son of a Spanish painter. He was born in 1945. After studying in Algeria at the National School of Fine Arts in Algiers, he returned to the metropolis in 1962 where his paintings were quickly noticed. Due to a track record of prestigious titles and prizes, Georges Corominas is very popular with collectors. He is notably at the origin of the 0.60 stamp selected by the Prince and Princess of Monaco and created the portraits of Juan Carlos, Hassan II and Pope John Paul II. His work is exhibited all over the world. His paintings are notably present at the Consulate of the Royal Court of Spain, at the Vatican Museum, at the Embassy of Morocco, in Japan, in the Middle East, in the United States... The artist is listed in the " Dictionnaire de Cotation Drouot” and in “Akoun”.
