Self-taught painter Tony Bosc was born in 1988. He wants to pay homage to Sète, his island Singuliere, city of all his motivations and artistic creative inspirations. He is inhabited by an overflowing need of creation, painting surprises him and he tells it with his style that he likes to name "the animated Figuration" close to the raw art. He stores and creates everything he sees, everything he lives, everything he feels...
Music, fishing, jousting, marine animals take life.... as well as all the emblematic Setoises figures and the typical comparses of the Pointe Courte which saw him growing up. Anchored in reality, his stagings are tinged with humor, irony and colorful. His talent and his unconsciousness reveal playful, atypical, lively paintings in the image of his singular island.
