Luca Cartoonist

Luca Cartoonist, Italian, born in 1986, is an emerging artist in the world of Pop Art.
Passionate about comics, he graduated in advertising graphics at Ascoli Piceno Institute of Art and specialized by obtaining a degree in comics and illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
Drawing and painting will continue to be an integral part of his life despite a different career path.

It was in 2020, during the pandemic, that he decided to completely enter the world of Pop Art.
He mainly portrays characters from the world of cartoons by adapting and regrouping them in current situations, often integrating pop icons from yesterday and today.
He mainly uses acrylic paints, aerosol cans and mixed techniques of engraving and collage on canvas.

He has been collaborating since 2021 with several art galleries and participates in numerous contemporary art fairs
