Christian Poher

Christian Poher, a self-taught painter born in Paris, draws his inspiration from painting. He always starts from the center of the canvas and seeks to balance the colors accurately, which makes him an excellent colorist. Passionate since childhood, he received his first painting prize at the age of 6, inspired by his painter father. Working in oil, he values the pictorial material to give texture and depth to his works. An artist since 1972, he has long combined his profession in transport with painting, exhibiting at Parisian antique dealers and art dealers. Settled on the coast for seven years, he continues to create with passion. His career illustrates perseverance and a deep love for art, forged by years of practice.
