Biography
Born in 1922, Jacques Truphémus, considered by Balthus as one of the best French painters. Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, belonged to the Sanzist group. several exhibitions at the Romanet gallery in Paris in the 1970s. today represented by the Claude Bernard Gallery in Paris, the Paul Dini Museum in Villefranche sur Saône preserves several of his works.
