Biography
Peter Zupnik is a photographer born in 1961 in Slovakia.
He began his studies in applied photography at the secondary school of arts and crafts in Košice from 1976 to 1980. He then joined the FAMU University in Prague to pursue a course in artistic photography until 1986.
After finishing his studies, he became an independent photographer to live out of his passion and left Prague to live in Paris in 1995.
His work has been exhibited throughout the world and his photographs have been part of several private and public collections such as the one at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie and at the Pompidou Center.
