Maria V.

The Ukrainian artist and painter is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
She was born in the village of Hleshchava, Terebovlya district, Ternopil region.
She received her main lessons in visual literacy during her studies at the Faculty of Arts of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
She studied at the Institute of Slavistics at the University of Vienna from 2008 to 2011.
After graduating from the university, she worked as the head of an art studio in the city of Terebovlya and as a teacher of drawing and painting at the Terebovlya School of Culture.
She held solo exhibitions in Vienna (2003, 2004), Terebovlya (2008, 2012, 2015), Buchach (2017), Ternopil (2018), Lviv (2018), and Truskavets (2018).
She is an active participant in national and international exhibitions and plein air workshops.
