Biography
Alfred PERSIA (1933-2021), a French painter established in the South, was nicknamed: "The Provençal Impressionist". He painted every day for more than fifty years. His fame crossed borders because the newspaper Le Provençal wrote in 2018 that "The common point between the Aladdin Palace in Las Vegas, the Emir of Bahrain and Charles Aznavour, is that they all own paintings by the Avignon artist Alfred Persia."
