Sylvie Magnin

Born in 1974, in Saint-Maur-Des-Fossés in the Paris region, Sylvie Magnin is a self-taught painter. Very young, she has a predisposition for drawing. It is first of all with dry pastel that she plunges into figurative art by discovering form, movement, and color that she associates with subjects entirely composed of black and white. In 2014, in London, Sylvie discovered Street Art and acrylic painting. His portraits gradually evolve, taking on the effects of materials, abstract patterns, collages and a striking graphic letting go inspired by urban art. In 2016, Sylvie won 1st Prize in the Drawing Competition from a live model, at the Rencontres Artistiques de Villecresnes (94). The artist's creative approach is resolutely turned towards vibration, that of colors, emotions, words. Sylvie Magnin's paintings are an invitation to artistic journeys. Its objective: to bring into your living room, the vibrations and dynamic colors of the street, to bring you creativity and urban positivity, to share the good vibrations.
