Biography
Long inspired by Pop Art culture, cities, and comics, she has authored several collections exhibited in national galleries or museums, focusing on the theme of New York and comic books. In these works, she staged different heroes or celebrities from her childhood, blending geometry and intense colors in an organized composition from which the characters emerge.
Driven by curiosity and in constant exploration, sensitive to light, colors, and materials, ScimoC has used various mediums such as oil, ink, pastels, or Posca, as well as textures like collage and resin, on canvas, wood, and aluminum.
In her new collection, she now works with acrylic, applying it layer by layer to achieve a harmonious yet powerful result, whose contrasts captivate the eye, offering an intense experience in this whirlwind of colors.
