

Biography
Jean François Péneau, born in 1958 in Orléans, trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, from which he graduated in November 1985. He lives and works in Paris.
In 1979, his illustrations revolved around the themes of history and architecture.
From 1985 to 1987 he undertook the design and creation of equipment for a suburban beautification project.
From 1985 to 1993, a series of drawings and perspective illustrations were produced by the artist to carry out various construction projects, including a European construction project.
From 1989 to 1990 he worked on illustrations for housing and facade decoration in France and abroad and perspective drawings for the University of Agen.
In 1991, perspective drawings for the SNC Fonta Compans Caffarelli building in Toulouse, cartographic illustrations for the Midi Pyrénées region.
In 2001, his first lithographs were printed and published by Atelier Clot, Bramsen & Co with Christian Bramsen.
In 2003, he interpreted the book “TETATET" with 8 lithographs and continued with the series of original lithographs “PAYSAGE" at Editions Atelier Clot.
In 2007, the digital print “MIMÉTISMES" was published by Editions Atelier Clot.
