Biography
Denis Poughon is a French artist born in 1971 in La Charité sur Loire. He worked in theater decor and interior design before working as a youth illustrator where he developed his overflowing imagination. Nourished by these experiences and in love with drawing, he moved towards personal creations with always lots of anecdotes and details. He mainly expresses himself with Pitt inks and pencils, black stone on paper in a style close to sketching.
He has been successful in European galleries and with private collectors for about ten years. His studio is located in the Puy de Dôme near Clermont-Ferrand.
