This exhibition is intended as a metaphor for the complexity and interconnections of our world, through an unequalled mastery of color resonances, oppositions of forms, voids and fullness, the visible and the invisible.
For this, Remi Rough, a leading figure in the Graffuturism movement, presents 14 works painted in acrylic and spray paint on paper and 3 masterpieces on canvas. Their precise and incisive line gives pride of place to a play of architectural forms that seem to materialize the diffraction of light in an infinity of tones and nuances.
Adrian Hobbs, for his part, offers 8 works painted in oil directly on wooden panels with rounded cutouts and minimalist and subtle trompe l'oeil patterns that challenge the viewer, as well as 8 small delicate works on paper. This follower of the optical surrealist movement transports us into 8 sketches inspired by his philosophy of Chaos, whose edges are thought of as a threshold towards the after and not an end, where the one is the multiple, where contradiction creates meaning, and where everything is interconnected.
