Joseph Noiret (1927 - 2012) was not only a poet and visual artist, but also one of the founding members of the CoBrA group (1948 1951), alongside Christian Dotremont and Karel Appel. His work bridges the gap between visual language and literary experimentation, often blending painting and poetry in a single gesture. Noiret's legacy is marked by his commitment to spontaneity, collaboration, and the fusion of word and image.
