I have a passion for creation of sculptures, I have graduated bachelor and master course from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, I'm interest in exploration the traditional sculpture of the modeling language and the relevant sculpture space. In the creation of a breakthrough in the traditional, I attempt lot of ways to combined traditional with contemporary.

"To heritage and integration traditional sculpture elements into a contemporary sculpture language" is what I have been continuing to pursue the thing. My creation must base on reality, but at the mean time, it cannot be a stickler for reality. In my numerous art works, not only have representational realism sculptures, but also have influence by minimalist style, meanwhile I inspire from the pattern of Chinese ancient steles and stone relief. In the creation process, when I face different sculpture themes, the media I select and the way I create are all diverse. When I’m focusing on my creating of work, I’m usually be absorbed in an utmost status, I will fully feel the body shape space, and in-depth interpretation of the Chinese cultures, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, other civilizations and the contemporary art, to select the most consistent media to express.

I think the creation art works I made must be get refined internally and externally: internality we can comprehend as themes, concept, ideology; externality we can comprehend as art works present forms, effects, media. The characteristic of arts need to be personalized, but also importance of consensus. Creation is artist own business, not everyone can comprehend, but it must be social frontier consensus.
