David David

David David was born in Nancy in 1981 and now lives and works in the South of France. From his studio in Cannes he creates works that are timeless and unusual, even odd, and crucially which are entertaining and interesting to him as an artist. He is an example of the depth of the state of pure creativity. 

He has always expressed himself best by putting pen to paper and manifesting his thoughts through drawing. David's somewhat unusual education affords him and his works a unique vision of the world, and allow him to maintain a point of view which stubbornly resists conventional patterns. This singular creative force is evident throughout his body of artworks. 

Through the use of diverse techniques David guides the spectator towards this creative framework, positioning them under a new light - that of his imagination, his convictions - urging them to put aside any conformist pre-perceptions.
