Ryu Min Ja was born in 1942 in South Korea. Painter with a strong international aura, her art between abstract and figurative art is mainly devoted to Buddhist spiritual repetitive motives invoked like a prayer on paper or on canvas. After her diploma from Hong-Ik University in 1965, in 1979 she travels to France, with a Solo Show in an Art gallery in Paris Latin district and her art paintings are on the cover of Louis Pauwels magazine "Questions de spiritualité" and the cover of Paris Salon d'Art Sacré Catalogues, 1979 to 1981.
