This artwork is a vibrant exploration of color and form, creating a dynamic visual tapestry. The composition features a background of muted lime green, overlaid with intricate abstract shapes in bold tones of blue, red, orange, and white. The interplay of colors is both chaotic and harmonious, with each hue commanding attention while contributing to the overall cohesion. The erratic, gestural strokes suggest movement, evoking feelings of spontaneity and energy. This piece uniquely marries randomness with intention, inviting viewers to engage with its layered complexity. The strategic punctuations of color against the subdued background highlight the artist's masterful control over balance and contrast. This artwork stands out for its ability to balance vibrant vivacity with structured chaos, inviting a closer examination of its textured surface and intricate details.

Presentation
Marie Raymond was an abstract painter from the Tachisme movement in the 50s. Raymond was one of the most successful painters of the post-war abstract movement in Paris.
Raymond's success story remains unknown as she was eclipsed by her son's success. Although many female artits were known for being put in their husband's shadows.
Marie Raymonds son, Yves Klein, today remains one of the most prominent figures of the nouveau réalisme movement.
