Biography
Daniel Jung is a French painter and sculptor, born in Brumath, Alsace, he still lives and works there.
A self-taught artist, his pictorial universe is figurative. The artist uses oil, acrylic, watercolors and pastel. He develops his work freely, sometimes bordering abstraction. He has several themes and draws inspiration from his immediate surroundings, nature, architecture, music, dance and highlights the essential elements.
The artist recently discovered sculpture, without actually giving up painting. He mixes materials like wood, glass, slate, creating abstracts and sharing inner emotion.
Daniel Jung regularly exhibits in France and mainly Alsace.
