Eloïse Valli

Éloïse Valli, or La Vie Soleil (the anagram of Éloïse Valli), was born in 1995 in Vesoul, in Franche-Comté.
She grew up in the countryside in a family open to artistic expression, particularly drawing, painting, and music. Indeed, her grandfather, a passionate and altruistic man, opened the first music school and music store in this town.

Eloïse also initially wanted to teach by becoming a schoolteacher. But her love for art and creation took over.
In 2016, she moved to Paris. A few years later, in 2019, she affirmed her artistic ambition through painting. Éloïse has forged her practice over time, but above all through emotion.

Her art, primarily figurative, is intended to be spiritual and emotional. For Éloïse Valli, painting allows her to access the deepest part of herself and express her deepest, purest thoughts. Thus, painting becomes a form of therapy, both for herself and for the viewers of her paintings. This is undoubtedly why the heart motif appears so naturally in her work.

This free and sensitive expression is reminiscent of expressionism, through the importance of the emotion conveyed, of expressiveness, as well as the accuracy of colors in the pictorial technique; or even surrealism, through the desire to free oneself completely from reason and preconceptions.

The aesthetic of his art evokes the golden relief paintings of Gustav Klimt; the play of textures and light recalls the paintings of Pierre Soulages.

Éloïse chose to exhibit for the first time in a Parisian theater: the Comédie Montorgueil. It was a resounding success. She has since exhibited around the world: in Belgium, London, New York, and Miami, where one of her paintings was selected to be presented at Art Basel. Beyond the aesthetics of her works, it is their energy that has won over audiences.

Furthermore, she considers her paintings as a kind of totem: living objects, carrying a force capable of dazzling and protecting an entire home.
