Nicole Azoulay

Nicole Azoulay is a French artist born in 1963 who lives and works in Paris. Always passionate about art, she paints in her studio located in a Parisian apartment. Enthusiastic about everything, she invites you to think outside the box with her contemporary and luminous paintings which are an ode to travel. In his first paintings, we found the animal world incorporated into city life. Today, the artist creates series of abstract paintings, demonstrating that she has been able to free herself over the years, while maintaining her energy, her joy of living and her limitless generosity. Through her technique of transparency and juxtaposition of colors, she brings us into this universe of her own, this world that is both real and chimerical. All of his large-format works are made with a knife with a few small brush strokes and allow him to express his emotions and give free rein to his imagination.
