Sylvie Meunier
Born in 1973 in Paris
Lives and works in Sète
Her visual work develops around the reappropriation of anonymous photographs that she has collected for many years. She uses this material to construct imaginary stories. Each of his projects is an opportunity for formal and technical experimentation. Her research focuses on the materiality of the image and is deployed in multiple forms (installations, exhibitions, but also published objects, books and games), which she regularly exhibits in France and abroad.
