Nadia Zouari

Nadia Zouari is a renowned visual artist and curator whose career reflects a deep passion for the visual arts and an exceptional ability to navigate the gap between artistic creation and cultural management. Born in Paris, she has forged a flourishing career through a constant exploration of form, movement and abstraction.

After obtaining a Master's degree in Cultural Organization Management from Paris-Dauphine University, Nadia Zouari developed solid expertise in artistic project management. She was decorated with the Order of the Knight of Arts and Letters, recognizing her significant contribution to culture and the arts. Her life experiences in several countries have given her a great capacity for adaptation and a plural perspective on international artistic practices.

As an artist, Nadia Zouari is distinguished by her abstract paintings that explore the theme of movement, capturing the energy and dynamics of organic forms. Her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and institutions. She has several solo exhibitions to her credit. Her work has been presented in Tunisia, France, Spain, Morocco, Russia, Italy, Belgium and China.

She has been invited to numerous artist residencies in France, Morocco and Tunisia. Her works are part of numerous public and private collections.

In 2024, she was appointed curator of the Tunis Art Biennale, a role where she brilliantly orchestrated a landmark edition under the theme of Pop Art. Her leadership and artistic vision brought together over 50 artists, creating a platform for dialogue and exchange that enriched the cultural scene. She regularly writes as an author and art critic on various media – notably for the catalogue of the Matisse Museum in France.

Nadia Zouari is also involved in art education, sharing her knowledge and experience through master classes and conferences. Her dedication to the creation and promotion of the arts continues to inspire many generations of artists and art lovers.
