Mary Taffanel

Born in 1988 in Montreal (Canada) Mary Taffanel is a French and Canadian artist. Always in love with travel, she has lived in many countries. It is in this cultural mix that she drew her inspiration. She works in an abstract register, with a spontaneous gesture, to express her deep feelings on the canvas. 

She loves bright colors, they are powers that make us vibrate. They are intimately linked to our sensitivity and our emotions, they are a force. Colors express the main functions of being, they awaken our intuitions, sensations, thoughts.

Painting is his way of escape, expression and sharing. It is a journey of which she knows neither the destination nor the duration of the journey.
