Edenlilas S

Edenlilas S. is a French artist born in 1985, in Orléans, under the name of Jean-François Piecourt. His passion for design and creation led him to evolve in advertising and interior design. Today he registers his creations in the field of street and pop art. His artistic identity is easily recognizable. Edenlilas S. stages razor blades, Monopoly tickets, but also dollars. The artist Edenlilas S. is also known for his multi-layered sculptures shaped in aluminium.

There is no doubt that Edenlilas S. was an artist long before he knew it himself. At 13 he began to express himself through graffiti. He prefers to draw during class hours rather than following them.

A little later, he seeks his way with always in the background, this desire to create and trains on different drawing software.

At 18 his taste for art and the desire to show it pushes him to the tattoo artist where he begins to cover his body with drawings with the plan to finish tattooing entirely.

Joining a school of graphic communication in Tours, he learned all the skills of graphic staging, the play of colors, but it was the rest of his professional career that would make Edenlilas S. a creative artist. He created his advertising and adhesive marking company in 2008, very quickly he found a clientele who appreciated and recommended his work, which allowed him to multiply all kinds of projects, which he carried out alone, from creation to manufacturing to laid. His profession and his taste for DIY allow him to open up to the field of interior decoration, creation of furniture, layout and all types of decorative objects. His two daughters Lilas and Eden then become a source of inspiration. He builds a very colorful identity in the image of the two little girls. He then created a brand of clothing, toys, games, furniture and accessories.

4 years ago, Edenlilas S. began to make paintings and sculptures with all this colorful universe and slipped into her works, many little winks that allow her to express her love for her daughters.

In 2020 he begins to show his work which quickly meets with success. He then decides to choose as an artist name the fusion of the first names of his daughters and to add the first letter of his name as a graffiti artist and becomes: Edenlilas S.
