Born in 1959, Eric Laurent began a glass apprenticeship at the age of 15 at Allex glass making.
After seven years of traditional glass making, he founded his own workshop in 1991 and created blown glass works, unique items with rich and colorful decor.
His artistic research leads him to create fascinating sculptures, which combine glass and stone. His work is poetic and elegant, they play with contrasts and oppositions, between opacity and transparency, heaviness and lightness, solidity and fragility.
His work in glass has been exhibited in several exhibitions in France and Holland.
