Anny Dromard

After having worked in watercolor for many years, Anny is interested in working with ink which for her offers more possibilities for personal expression.

She began by studying the traditional art of Asian painters, the handling of calligraphy brushes.

She continues this learning by a more contemporary research of painting, and therefore gives free rein to her imagination and tries to achieve the simplicity of the gesture, what Asians call "the unique brush stroke".

She worked for a long time on rice paper in ink.
Currently his work is carried out on a frame with a mixed technique.
Many of his papers and canvases are damaged and the artist only keeps those which seem to express a part of the truth.
