Nana Srt is an independent photographic artist based between Vienna, Austria and London, UK.
Born to an Austrian father and Japanese mother, Nana spent her early years between Kochi, Japan, and Vienna, Austria. Being the odd one out in both home towns turned her into a cosmopolite and opponent of all nationalisms from an early age.
In 2019 Nana started showing her photographic work for the first time publicly in three shows for The Other Art Fair, presented by Saatchi Art, in New York and Chicago.
Working on her 7EVEN ELVES series in 2020, Nana has since participated in European art shows - Art3f (Monaco, August 2021), TOAF presented by Saatchi Art (London, Oct 2021) and Art Innsbruck (Austria, Oct 2021).
She is looking forward to exhibiting in Tokyo October 2022, and L.A. (2022)
Nana focuses very much on the undiluted emotions in dance. Aiming to give an unfiltered voice to the body in movement.
