Biography
Gabrielle Rul is a Parisian artist and model known for her multidisciplinary approach to visual art. She explores diverse mediums, painting and writing across an array of surfaces, from glass and cardboard to expansive walls and delicate papers. Her artistic universe is poetic, spontaneous, and deeply evocative, blending sincerity with a touch of melancholy. Through fluid lines and expressive strokes, she creates works that invite introspection and a sense of release, celebrating imperfection and raw emotion.
Her distinctive style has led to collaborations with renowned brands such as Moleskine, Pierre Frey—where she designed a custom wallpaper—L'Exception, Miista, and Free People, among others. In 2023, she expanded her creative practice by designing furniture in collaboration with Atelier Allume for the exhibition La Maison. Most recently, her work has been featured in new art projects that further explore the intersection of design and storytelling. With a growing presence in international galleries and a loyal following on social media, Gabrielle Rul continues to push the boundaries of contemporary art, bringing her unique aesthetic to new formats and audiences.
