José Fernández Morán

José Fernández Morán is a multifaceted artistic painter and a specialist in urban and architectural art design, applied to the public and private. Since 1969 he has held more than 80 exhibitions both in private galleries and in public spaces, and he has participated in many contests, obtaining awards and mentions. 

He was a founding member in 1980 of the Collective of Artists Getxotarras Antzezaleak. In 1993 he created the Uztargi Gallery in Getxo. This showroom was an exhibition space for contemporary art and for alternative socio-cultural self-management.
